✅ We are pleased to share a busy and productive period across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, with another mix of exciting residential and rural planning projects moving forward.
Planning APPROVAL has now been secured for a single-storey side and rear extension to a property on the outskirts of Newmarket, Suffolk. The approved scheme will create a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, together with a new home office and integral garage/store, providing a practical and valuable addition to the property while improving the way the home functions for modern family living.
We have also SUBMITTED a planning application for a storage unit for plant machinery and new stables in Wilburton, Cambridgeshire. This proposal will provide a much-needed storage building for machinery used in the day-to-day running of the property, along with new stables for the personal use of our client’s horses.
In addition, another planning application was SUBMITTED today for a property in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. This scheme involves the removal of an existing rear extension and its replacement with a new single-storey flat roof extension featuring bi-fold doors, a large picture window, and a roof lantern to maximise natural light and create a brighter, more contemporary living space.
It is always rewarding to help clients unlock the full potential of their homes and land through thoughtful design and clear planning strategy. From house extensions and home improvements to rural buildings and stable developments, every project is tailored to meet the practical needs of the client while responding to planning policy and site context.
If you are considering a home extension, planning application, or rural development project in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, or the surrounding areas, we would be happy to discuss your plans.
