We are delighted to have secured planning permission for the complete transformation of this existing property.

The approved scheme includes the demolition of the existing side extension and the construction of a new two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension. Together with a comprehensive external redesign, the proposals will transform the current house into a spacious and attractive family home overlooking the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside.

Another Successful Week at AJS Architecture

We’re pleased to share another successful week, with both a planning approval secured and a new planning application submitted.

Planning permission has been approved for a mixed-use development comprising:

- 3 first-floor apartments
- A ground floor extension to create a larger commercial floor area
- A new two-storey store building

This approval will enhance the existing commercial premises while delivering high-quality new homes.

Planning Application Submitted – Soham

We’ve also submitted a planning application for a new family home in Soham.

We look forward to progressing this application with the Local Planning Authority and will provide updates as it moves through the planning process.

🏡 Another Exciting Project Underway!

Today the AJS Architecture team completed a detailed site survey for an exciting residential transformation project.

Our proposals will reimagine this substantial property into a stunning, contemporary family home, centred around the creation of a luxurious internal swimming pool and a complete redesign of the internal layout to better suit modern family living.

🏡 Another productive week at AJS Architecture!

This week we’ve been out on site carrying out two site surveys for two exciting new residential projects, and we’re looking forward to bringing both schemes through the design and planning process over the coming weeks.

We’ve also submitted a Full Plans Building Regulations application for a project in Fordham, moving another development one step closer to construction. Our comprehensive Building Regulations packages ensure every aspect of the design is coordinated to achieve compliance, helping to streamline approvals and minimise issues on site.
