Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th, 10–4pm both days.

Over the weekend we’ll make a tote bag, zipped make-up bag, Tilly and the Buttons pyjama bottoms and an eye mask 💕

A little bit of scrap-busting at Sew You Can this week! ✂️♻️

Our young sewists raided my ever-growing collection of fabric scraps 🤣, chose their favourites and turned them into these gorgeous hexie patchwork cushions.

They learned how to choose and arrange their fabrics, use appliqué and decorative stitches, construct their cushions and discovered that even the tiniest scraps can be turned into something fabulous. ✨

I LOVE how different they all turned out — each one completely their own. 🥰

Learning to sew is about so much more than following instructions — it’s experimenting, making choices, building confidence and getting to say “I made that!” ❤️

Sew You Can - London Trip 🇬🇧🚇

Harrods yesterday had this Dior collection of miniature dresses 👗 coats all in glass cases 💕💕💕
I wanted to open it up and tough all the fabrics and ooo and ahhh over the intricate sewing that created them all 💕💕💕

Today it was Tanya’s turn at Sew You Can for a few alterations… and just look at that smile! 💕

Her sparkly jacket is giving disco vibes, she’s striking the poses, and I think it’s safe to say she’s more than ready to party! 🎉💃

One of the loveliest parts of sewing is helping someone feel comfortable, confident and excited to wear something they love. Seeing Tanya light up makes every stitch worthwhile. ❤️
