Small but consistent leaks repaired badly that keep leaking can create huge problems. In this case there was reported leaking toilet. The problem can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Not in this case though. Silicone found again pretending to work alongside with strange additional seal which wasnt meant to be there at all.
Luckily all fixed

Radiator was suffering with heat issue - problem no.1. Not the most convenient time of the year but dificult to spot in the summer. At the same time the old mighty rad was coming off the wall - problem no.2. The problem no.2 was obvious straightaway to super trained eyes (4 in total). Clever person made a securing brackets which were securely holding unsecure radiator for several years. Giving 9 out of 10 for the brackets effort.
