Meet the newest members of Security Risk Specialists Ltd.

We had some very special visitors at SRS today, with a few of our team members joined by their children during the school holidays.

They were quick to settle in, meet the team and find out what happens behind the scenes. Before long, they were getting involved too, happily lending a helping hand to our SRS Management Team.

For working parents, the school holidays can require a bit of extra juggling.
At SRS, we understand those challenges and the importance of supporting our people in balancing work and family life.

For our younger visitors, it was a chance to discover a little of the working world and see what their parents do. For our team, their enthusiasm, curiosity and smiles brought a refreshing change to the working day and made the office feel that little bit more special.

Stoyan joined Security Risk Specialists Ltd in 2018 and, over the years, has become a trusted and highly valued member of the SRS team. Today, as our Control Room Supervisor, he brings not only considerable experience to his role, but also the reliability, sound judgement and sense of responsibility that come from his long-standing commitment to SRS.

What particularly stands out about Stoyan is his willingness to be there when the team needs him most. During demanding periods, he remains dependable and solution-focused, stepping in to support colleagues and helping the wider operation continue to run effectively.

His professional and composed manner is evident in his day-to-day contribution. Stoyan responds to challenges positively and proactively, while helping our teams maintain the consistent standard of service our clients expect.

Throughout his time with SRS, Stoyan’s contribution has extended beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, particularly through the support he provides to those around him.

This week, our SRS Management Team had the pleasure of taking part in another session of the SRS Leadership & Communication Programme, delivered by Anna Darvas, Executive Coach, Facilitator and professional actress.

Our SRS Leadership & Communication Programme is an ongoing management development initiative that brings together a series of practical workshops designed to strengthen communication, leadership and collaboration across our management team, supporting their continuous professional development.

At Security Risk Specialists Ltd, we recognise that effective communication is at the heart of strong leadership and successful working relationships. Building rapport, listening actively, asking the right questions and providing constructive feedback all contribute to stronger engagement, better collaboration and a higher standard of service.

Through a combination of practical exercises, role-play scenarios and group discussions, our management team explored how communication styles influence everyday interactions and how small adjustments can have a positive impact on relationships with our Security-Concierge teams and our clients.

Anna's engaging delivery style, positive energy and acting background brought the session to life, creating a highly interactive learning environment that encouraged participation, reflection and practical learning. The session also provided another valuable opportunity for our management team to learn from one another and continue developing the skills that support our day-to-day operations.

This ongoing programme reflects our commitment to leadership, continuous improvement and professional development.

The Security Risk Specialists Ltd team came together for our annual Summer BBQ, enjoying a fantastic day of sunshine, great food and even better company.

This year's event was held at one of the prestigious residential developments managed by SRS in London, providing the perfect setting to celebrate another successful year with the people who make SRS what it is today.

With delicious food, plenty of laughter and great conversations, it was a wonderful opportunity to relax, strengthen team relationships and recognise the dedication, professionalism and commitment our colleagues demonstrate every day.

For the seventh consecutive year, Security Risk Specialists Ltd had the pleasure of hosting our annual Summer Party at the iconic Madison Restaurant London , overlooking St Paul's Cathedral.

Our senior management team was delighted to welcome our clients and trusted partners for an evening celebrating another year of collaboration and shared success.

Over the years, our Summer Party has become a valued tradition. It provides an opportunity to express our appreciation for their continued support, to spend time together away from the day-to-day demands of business, and to reflect on another successful year together.
