This year’s saplings enjoying a good watering this morning! 🌿
With the hot weather, we’ve been watering first thing in the morning and again last thing at night. Using sprinklers and lances, we make sure every frame is thoroughly saturated and ready to handle the heat of the day.
We collect rainwater from the top of our polytunnel, which drains into two ponds and provides much of our water supply. At this time of year, when water levels are lower, we also have a borehole to help keep everything well watered.
Keeping our young plants happy and hydrated through the summer! 🌱☀️
