Great end to the week! Two kitchens fitted, just the decorating to do in the second one.

Today is an emergency roofing job after the storm the other night! Major leakage!!!

And again, we are at the end of the week!

So decoration in first kitchen almost done, second kitchen grouting to be completed, some carpentry bits to be done and then decorating can commence.

We are definitely welcoming the cooler temperatures 🥵

The morning after the night before! What a light show that thunder storm was and it’s still sticky!

So far this week, the first kitchen is now fitted out and tiled, second kitchen is 80% fitted, just worktops and tiling to be done.

Today is about grouting and finishing carpentry.

The lovely tenants have been making sure we are keeping hydrated in this weather too, which is always appreciated!

Happy Wednesday!

Much as predicted, yesterday was a very hot n sticky one which meant we got caked in dust n dirt and anything else we were generating whilst ripping out a kitchen - but nothing that a cool shower and an ice cold cider/beer can’t sort out once you get home.

Good morning! 😎Clear blue skies and sunshine on a Sunday!😎

Yesterday one team finished the kitchen we were working on and the other team finished a large restoration job on the outside of a property on the seafront in Swanage (jammy !). Then it was home to enjoy the weather!

Happy Saturday- lots going on today locally, so feel traffic may be in an issue getting about but who cares, suns out and it feels like summer is on our doorstep ☀️

So yesterday we fitted the worktops in the kitchen and half the tiling was done. Overhauled and serviced the UPVC windows doors, cleared all rubbish from the flat and second team cleared all the rubbish from the refurb flat and loaded out with plaster board ready for the plasterers to start on Monday (yes BH Monday!)

Morning all!
So how has this week been so far? First empty home clean will be completed today. Second empty property (including kitchen installation), kitchen ripped out, materials collected ready for fitting today and we will be back up to full crew as Boss man is back off his hols!!!
