Friday? Again? Comes round so quick !

So yesterday, whilst one team was grouting and decorating, another team did some response jobs including repairing a UPVC window 🪟 re-securing a dishwasher, adjusting a shower door 🚿 that kept falling off!!! and repairing a toilet flush!!!🚽

So today one team are finishing decorating 🫟the second kitchen and the other team needs to go and replace a rotten floor 🔨 in the conservatory of a fire damaged property we are also working in.

The weekend is almost here 😆

Morning all! That was a blustery one overnight wasn’t it? 💨

So both kitchens are now fully fitted - kitchen 1 - tiling and grouting complete ready for decoration to start today and kitchen 2 - tiled but grouting to be done today ready for decoration 🫟

Great start to the week. Two kitchens ripped out, flooring down in one and units fitted. Worktops and tiling to start today. Fitting and units to go into second kitchen.

Second team are back at the refurb job clearing more rubbish and excess materials ready for painting to commence 👍🏻

Morning all!

Yesterdays job was a hot n sweaty one🥵

We needed to repair a leaking roof 💦 and on further inspection it was a lot worse than first thought, but we replaced the failed felt, replaced the rotten lay boards and reinstated the tiles and then replaced the rotten deck on the flat roof and installed a new GRP roofing system.

Looks like there may be some wet stuff ☔️ this week so great to get this customer sorted 👍🏻

Morning folks!

Great end to the week! Two kitchens fitted, just the decorating to do in the second one.

Today is an emergency roofing job after the storm the other night! Major leakage!!!

Fingers crossed that it stays sunny 😎

So decoration in first kitchen almost done, second kitchen grouting to be completed, some carpentry bits to be done and then decorating can commence.

The morning after the night before! What a light show that thunder storm was and it’s still sticky!

So far this week, the first kitchen is now fitted out and tiled, second kitchen is 80% fitted, just worktops and tiling to be done.

Today is about grouting and finishing carpentry.

The lovely tenants have been making sure we are keeping hydrated in this weather too, which is always appreciated!

Happy Wednesday!

Much as predicted, yesterday was a very hot n sticky one which meant we got caked in dust n dirt and anything else we were generating whilst ripping out a kitchen - but nothing that a cool shower and an ice cold cider/beer can’t sort out once you get home.

More of the same today!
