Tony was brilliant. Needed new locks and keys for a new house. Came very quickly, dealt with new locks for the back door very quickly. Front door issue he made safer whilst he sourced the right lock. Replaced the emergency lock we were left with, with a better interim one so we have new keys and a working lock that felt safe.
Very niche issue we had due to how the previous lock has been dismantled by old owners. Tony got hold of the right lock and felt like we were a priority to sort and was done quickly considering the size of multipoint mechanisms were not standard sizing.
He's very good at what he does, friendly and professional. Also offered sound advice for solutions should he not have been able to find a suitable front door multipoint mechanisms that would fit. His advice was honest and the most cost effective, not just what Is best for him.
Given plenty of keys with each new lock that saves needing to get some cut. Especially as he first came just before Christmas, very impressed with his work and customer service.
Good communication and very nice chap too. Could not recommend enough and won't go anywhere else for a locksmith.
