We had an emergency situation this morning with our front door not being able to open. Marcus came and sorted the issue out. He also helped with another lock. Outstanding service, reasonably priced and we can strongly recommend this business. A*** on all levels.

Picture this. You and your wife live in Norwich. Kids are looking after the house whilst you’re away on holiday on the other side of the planet but your son locks the house key inside the house.

Rang and spoke to Harley and within an hour he had arrived, sorted the emergency all whilst being super friendly throughout.
