As we are now well into nesting season. Yes the tawny owls and blackbirds are the first to get cracking. They start as early as February.. Here's a Fun Fact. Arborists dont really want to remove a tree its always the last resort (most of us) that decision is made after all options have been explored. The training we go through will surprise you! Adam over the years has trained and taken exams in the following:
1) identification of all of the uks endangered species. (Yes even the pearl mussel)
2) professional tree inspection.
3) understanding of tree owners duty of care including occupiers liability, common law and statute law.
4) the wildlife and countryside act 1981.
5) countryside right of way act 2000.
6) conservation of habitats and species regulations 2017.
7) the highways act.
8) the town and country planning tree preservation regs 2012.
9) the forestry act 1967.
10) visual inspections of trees for habitat.
And of course last we adhere to the standards of bs3998
We really do have to understand so much before we start the chainsaw (That's the easy bit.) Rest assured if you see Adamsarbor working these checks have been carried out. And the best bit is we do all that for free.
