We haven’t been very active on here lately. Mostly because we've been busy with various smaller projects (extensions and renovations etc - nothing too flashy but keeps things moving!).

However, every so often, we get the chance to take on a larger project, and we're really proud of how this one has turned out!

This is actually an existing house built in the 1970s but we're completely reinventing it with new roofs, facades, and windows. It’s amazing what the right upgrades can do, and the client is completely thrilled with the result (as am I!) Next stop, planning!

I am so pleased to finally be able to show this one off! It's taken a long time to reach this stage, but finally towards the end of 2023, we were awarded the contract to design a new facilities building for Great Plumstead Parish Council! This building will replace existing old facilities that have reached the end of their useful lives. It's going to be a great asset for the community!

Barn Conversion? We've got you covered! In this case, not only for certification, but also design too! This barn complex in North Norfolk is coming on nicely. The thatch went on a few weeks ago and it's starting to look spectacular! Next is over £100,000 worth of glass!😱

It's not often you see something quite as grand as this come on the market! We recently had the privilege of carrying out a full Level 3 survey on this magnificent Grade II listed country house near Bungay for a private buyer.

If you are buying a house (no matter how grand!) your solicitor should always advise you to have an independent survey carried out to make sure you're not walking into problems down the line.
