The moulding has been caulked and wood filled where necessary.

Making existing chimney 200mm thinner by removing a course of bricks either side

Lower the chimney opening by 150mm

Blockwork on top of existing chimney brickwork to remove the chimney recess and make all level throughout.

Installation of 6x6 oak beam

New stud wall erected and plasterboarded with cable ducting to hide all electrical cables

Hanging of new 65” TV with backlights

Removal of old fire hearth and replaced with porcelain 600 x 600 tiles

Bespoke made floating shelves and floor cupboard with shaker style doors
