🐈 ❄️ hi 💙 🐈‍⬛️

I have been a bit quiet on here due to a cold amongst other things 🙃 But I felt like doing something easy on this painting this afternoon, so i have been adding snow in with acrylic paint. And a little cat and his pawprints 🐾

I'm pretty happy with it so far, just got to finish the postman now (been putting this off as faces are not my strong point 😝) then will be ordering christmas cards soon 💌 excited!

Today I've been working on the first of what I'd like to make into a christmas card design!🌲 I'm hoping to do a couple more designs and have them available as multipacks ✉️ I have been using arches paper for the first time, and it's lovely to paint on. And its got an added bonus that you don't need to stretch the paper beforehand either, nice for impatient people, like myself 🙃

This is based on a photo I took in Dereham a few years ago when we had some lovely snow and I went for a walk down Rolling Pin Lane. It was gorgeous and bright, and this house and all its rooftops just looked so pretty ❄️ ☃️

I might add a little cat or bird in the hedgerow yet 🐈‍⬛️
