Below are some before and after shots of an upstairs landing/passage way that has recently been decorated at a property in Snetterton for a regular customer.

🎯The walls, ceiling, doors and windows were all thoroughly prepared before painting, using a dustless extractor when sanding to greatly reduce any dust.

🎯 The ceiling was painted with Tikkurila Anti Reflex. The walls were painted with Farrow & Ball ‘New White’/No.59. The skirting, door frames, windows and sills were painted with Tikkurila Otex Akva adhesion primer followed with 2 x topcoats of Farrow & Ball ‘Pointing’/No.2003.

Below are some before and after shots of an entrance hall, stair area and landing recently completed at a property in Mulbarton.

🎯The bare plaster on the ceiling and walls were sprayed with an airless sprayer with Tikkurila Optiva Primer and Anti Reflex.

🎯 The walls were painted with Tikkurila Optiva 5 tinted to Dulux ‘Stonewash Blue’.

🎯The doors, door frames and skirting were painted with Tikkurila Otex Akva adhesion primer followed with Helmi 30 (Satin). All woodwork was thoroughly prepared, using a sander and dustless extractor prior to painting.

🎯 The shoe cupboard and storage draws under the stairs were painted with Dulux Simply Refresh in ‘Coastal Grey’.

🎯The doors and door frames were hand painted, the wood panelling was sprayed with an airless sprayer with Tikkurila Otex Akva adhesion primer followed with Little Greene Intelligent Eggshell in Slaked Lime Deep (150).

🎯 All woodwork was thoroughly prepared, using a sander and dustless extractor prior to painting, especially the original panelling where the old paint was flaking off due to bad/no preparation by the previous painter.

🎯The wall were prepared prior to being wallpapered. These had previously been lined and painted over with silk paint.
🎯 The skirting, door frames/door and window frame were painted with Tikkurila Otex Akva adhesion primer followed with 2 x Helmi 30 (Satin).

Below are some pictures of recently completed exterior work at a property in Snetterton.

A number of the sash windows had been rehung and the the rotten wood replaced. These were then all prepared prior to an undercoat and 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield tinted to ‘Holly Bush’ being applied. Below are just some of these windows.
