We started this project in September 2023 and we've made lots of progress since then.....taking floor's up, walls down, roof off, new trusses back on, extending the back and front.....its made such a difference to this home. It's now ready for the roof tiles. Looking forward to that....more photos coming soon

Such a transformation.....we demolished the wall, fitted some steel beams and created this beautiful kitchen

Northall Barn.
Developing isn't just about building a house and selling it to make a profit.
For us this development became our amazing home.
Northall Barn was our family home for the last 15 odd years, we started it back in 2005/6. It took a small team of us nearly 2 years to get it to a stage before we could even move in....it was a mammoth project but is was great fun to do (even made it into the paper).
We took the decision to sell about just over a year ago, I had a few things I needed to finish off so for that year it was pretty full on until we marketed it. We decided on an agent and they sold it before they had even started to advertise it....right people right time.
This year we will have just as much fun doing our next project
