There never seems to be enough time to talk about the work we undertake so I thought Id take some time out to share before & after photos of this complete renovation. A mid terrace Victorian, that had lost most of its original features. Work undertaken:
A complete roof replacement
Damp Proof course in the hallway & living/dining room
Replica working fireplaces & marble hearths were installed
The Archway between the dining & living room was knocked out & modernised & an RSJ (supporting beam) was installed.
All ceilings were plastered & replica ceiling roses were fitted.
Industrial quality flooring was fitted in main living areas.
The kitchen was given a refresh with a new worktop, tiles & flooring.
The bathroom was refreshed with a new plastered ceiling & light fittings as well as new flooring.
The bedrooms were completely restructured & revived, also in keeping with Victorian features. The original Fireplace in one of the bedrooms was stripped back to its original beauty.
