This house was a complete re-decorate to attract new tenants. Walls. ceilings and all woodwork, floor sand and stain. New hardboard and vinyl floor in the bathroom, replaced silicon round bath, basin, sink and toilet. even a garden makeover. All single handed in less than a month. Bring on the next one.

A big drop from these doors created a need for more gentle steps down to the patio and a handrail. Job completed today.
