Nice little job completed this weekend for a local contractor. All boarded out and waterproofed so they can carry on with the internals this week.

From start to finish, lantern installed to existing flat roof, with all the internal works carried out including electrics and plastering.

Followed by a fully reinforced fibreglass system along with new fascia boards and gutters. We also did some pointing to the existing wall to tidy the job up.

We have been working on this over the past weekend.

A very deteriorated roof that needed some good TLC.

We cleared it all off, installed a layer of carrier membrane before applying the fibreglass coating.

Here we have been working on a man cave, getting it water tight so he can get himself moved in.

Evening all,

Just a few pictures from an inverted roof we are doing at the moment, this is were the original roof is prepped ready for the fibreglass coating and insulation on top followed by ballast and a flag walkway.

All upstands have been stripped of the rotten timber and replaced with galvanised upstands.

A new trim fitted to the outside edge and all sealed down to original deck before a carrier membrane is installed and the fibreglass coating is applied followed by the top coat to both upstands and deck area.

The ballast will be moved next week and onto the other half.
