Nice timber and roofing works by the team. Solid job on the structure and we’re in a good place heading into the next stage.

Now getting geared up for the internal fit out: a bedroom with en-suite, plus a boot room and utility room on the ground floor. Next phase underway 👷‍♂️

On Site Progress 🚧💪

This week has seen some excellent work from the Ourspace team. With safety always front and centre, we’ve successfully completed the installation of all project steels and propping up part of the flooring on the first and second floor.

That sets the carpenters up to push on with forming the two dormers and getting stuck into some well overdue roof repairs. Full steam ahead 👷‍♂️

We undertake refurbishment of properties for a regular customer. Today we carried out a site visit of one of the properties.

Nice to see a tidy site and great standards being met across the board. Good work from the team on keeping it clean and professional 👌

Roof built, fascia and soffits on, and the roofers have now weathered the development. Tiles going on in the next few days.

Kitchen Transformation 🍳🔨

What a great job carried out by our fit out team. Tight turnaround of 2 weeks, and the space is now ready to serve as a communal kitchen for staff.

Stylish look throughout, with kitchen, flooring, electrics, and decorations all supplied by Ourspace. Clean finish, efficient layout, and delivered on time. Another strong result from the crew 👏

Maintenance Complete – Drains Flowing Smoothly 💧🧹

A little spot of maintenance carried out by one of our gangs this week. ACO drains and slotted drains cleaned and jet washed to keep everything running as it should ✅

The client’s drainage system is now good for another 6 months. Small job, big impact for preventing future issues and keeping the site in top condition.

Great Progress on the HMO Project This Week 🏗️🔥

Big strides made by the site team. Two chimneys stripped out and steels now installed, ready for the carpentry crew to step in and give the building further love ❤️

The structure’s opening up and the transformation is really starting to take shape. Solid work all round from the team 👏
