Advance notice - Unfortunately due to the ridiculous heat 🥵 this week i will not be running at full capacity like normal. We will be prioritising the elderly and vulnerable until we can return to normal duties. I do apologise. I will be in touch with those who it affects directly.

☀️ HEATWAVE KINDNESS REQUEST ☀️

With temperatures hitting 32°C in the UK this week, we just wanted to ask for a little kindness and understanding whilst we’re cleaning.

The heat can make physically demanding jobs much tougher than usual. We won’t be cleaning any internal windows conservatories/ sun rooms this week.

Over the last few years while running my cleaning business I’ve had the pleasure of helping many lovely older clients in their homes.

I’ve realised that sometimes people don’t need full carers, or qualify for council care packages, but they do need a little extra support to stay independent and comfortable at home.

Because of this I’m now offering Home Help & Independent Living Support visits alongside my cleaning services.

This can include:
• Preparing a simple meal
• Daily check-in visits
• Companionship and a friendly chat
• Light household help
• Help keeping routines in place
• Shopping or small errands
• Help and support for adults being discharged from hospital / or having ongoing treatment.

This is non-personal care support, ideal for people who are still living independently but would benefit from a bit of extra help.
