住宅設計 | 香港半山 | 肇輝臺 | 外籍家庭在香港的理想居所
項目位於香港半山肇輝台，2700呎住宅面向翠綠山景、跑馬地馬場及香港城市天際線。
設計從一個簡單的問題開始：如何讓窗外的風景不只是被觀看，而是真正成為日常生活的一部分？
沿著落地窗設計的一組連續拱形，在整合結構柱的同時，也將窗簾軌道及智能家居系統巧妙地融入其中。當自然光沿著弧形界面進入室內，光線被柔和地引入，讓居所與窗外城市之間形成更自然的對話。
對於一家四口的外籍家庭而言，這個家將香港的城市活力，與歐洲住宅所帶來的安靜與熟悉感融合在一起。白色、奶油色與天然木材構成克制的基調，將視線留給窗外的風景；弧形細節、復古拼花地板、雕塑感燈具及精心挑選的藝術品，則為日常生活增添溫度與個性。
The design began with a simple question: how can the view become more than something seen through a window, and instead become part of everyday living?
A series of continuous arches frames the landscape while integrating structural columns, curtain tracks and smart-home systems into a seamless architectural language. As daylight moves through the curved reveals, the interior is gently illuminated, creating a softer dialogue between the home and the city beyond.
For an expatriate family of four, the residence brings together the vibrancy of Hong Kong with the quiet familiarity of a European home. A restrained palette of white, cream and natural timber allows the view to remain the protagonist, while curved details, parquet flooring, sculptural lighting and carefully selected art add layers of warmth and character.
