Another poured floor insulation job complete, this time at Kileen Castle grounds.

Our energystore TLA insulation was poured straight over the subfloor using our mobile screed factory, set to exact depth with laser levelling. No boards to cut, no fixed joints, and 0% waste to landfill, with an A2 fire rating built in.

The result is a smooth, cured floor ready for the next stage, no gaps, no uneven patches to fix later.

Ever wonder why some underfloor heating systems heat up faster than others?

Traditional sand:cement screed sits further away from the pipework, so the heat has to work harder to get through. Liquid screed like Ultraflo is pumped straight over the pipes, wrapping around them with a void-free finish, no air gaps slowing things down.

That's a faster response time and lower running costs once the heating is switched on.

Another one done, this time with a sea view. This Bray Harbour job had underfloor heating pipework installed throughout, and we poured our NSAI certified Ultraflo liquid screed straight over it using our mobile screed factory.

The result is a self-levelling, void-free, jointless floor with zero waste on site, and no joints to crack or lift down the line.
