Thoughtem Design Studio presents Cromwell UK University College,developed in association with Buckinghamshire New University, UK.

Located in Umm Al Quwain, this is the first UK University College in the emirate.Phase One spans 30,000 sq.ft, featuring smart classrooms, library, computer labs, gym, podcast room, entertainment zones, cafe, canteen, playground, and thoughtfully designed recreational spaces.

Doctor’s Tropical Triom is a multi level 5 bedroom residence in Malappuram, designed by Thoughtem Design Studio for a doctor couple who also run a clinic from home. Inspired by Kerala’s traditional sloped roofs, its three distinct roof forms define the home’s character. At the heart is a double height living and dining space that opens seamlessly to outdoor zones ,a shaded patio, a landscaped pool area, and a relaxing pool deck. Tropical Triom blends architecture, lifestyle, and nature, creating a home that is functional, contextual, and emotionally connected to its inhabitants.em
