Raju Omlet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 1, Mumbai, is designed with a focus on both aesthetics and functionality. Set at one end of the outdoor food court, the design of the kiosk engages the passerby with the innovative use of material and detailing. A colourful panelling forms an eye-catching backdrop to the kiosk, concealing a small, prep kitchen. The brick wall cladding on sides adds a hint of industrial allure, highlighting the quirky artwork and branding.

The industrial-style pendant lights illuminate the counter and the display kitchen, allowing travellers to watch their omelettes being freshly prepared. The bright menu display ensures easy readability, guiding customers smoothly through their choices. Overall, Raju Omlet combines vibrant design with efficient planning, creating a welcoming spot for a quick and delicious meal.
