វីឡានេះមានរចនាបថ បែបនីអូក្លាសិក (Neoclassical Style) ដែលបង្ហាញពីភាពស៊ីមេទ្រីយ៉ាងល្អឥតខ្ចោះ និងមានរូបរាងយ៉ាងរឹងមាំ។

រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធទាំងមូលត្រូវបានរៀបចំតាមអ័ក្សកណ្តាលយ៉ាងច្បាស់លាស់ ដែលជាលក្ខណៈពិសេសនៃស្ថាបត្យកម្មក្លាសិក។

នៅជាន់ខាងលើប្រើប្រាស់ បង្អួចរាងធ្នូ (Arched windows) រីឯជាន់ផ្ទាល់ដីប្រើប្រាស់បង្អួចរាងចតុកោណកែងធម្មតា ដែលសុទ្ធតែមានស៊ុមតុបតែងយ៉ាងផ្ចិតផ្ចង់។

This villa presents a refined Neoclassical aesthetic, characterized by its symmetrical composition and grand scale.

The structure follows a strict axial symmetry, a hallmark of classical architecture, centered around a prominent vertical axis.

The villa utilizes arched clerestory windows on the upper level, paired with traditional rectangular glazing on the ground floor, all
framed by decorative molded surrounds.

Four-story urban shophouse featuring a modern design. The facade uses a clean palette of white and gray contrasted with warm wood-look accents to break the verticality, creating a contemporary and functional presence in a dense city setting.

A practical and stylish modern residential-commercial building with large windows and private balconies on the upper floors for ample light and air.

Contemporary infill development characterized by its structured geometry and a mix of exterior finishes. Its design maximizes space and includes a rooftop terrace, providing a dedicated private escape amidst the surrounding urban construction and development.
