ReEdge Architecture has settled into our new office and congregated under our new umbrella. Here, we did not just move into our new office space but into our new surroundings with interesting local history, local colors, beautiful nature, a water fountain, coffee shop, local markets and local restaurants that lasted many generations.

Surrounded by large raintree, Russey Keo district stretches on the bank of Tonle Sap River making it an ideal location for industrial port, factory, local settlements involving the fishing and local markets. In recent urban development, Russey Keo has close proximity to Chroy Changva district via bridges and within 10 to 15 minutes drive to Wat Phnom historical site and just a little further down along the Preah Sisowath Quay is the National Gallery and the Royal Palace.

ReEdge’ s New Design Office | Heritage as a Norm, Not a Style

The Umbrella is a familiar and essential tool in tropical countries. In Cambodia, it is widely used throughout both hot and rainy season, providing protection from sun and monsoon rain in everyday life.

Beyond its practical function, the umbrella also holds cultural and religious significant. In Buddhist tradition, umbrellas are used as symbols of protection and respect, often seen in temples across Cambodia, where they provide shade and shelter during ceremonies.

Inspired by this everyday object and cultural meaning we bring the concept of the umbrella into our Multipurpose Room. Traditionally used to create comfortable outdoor spaces, the umbrella is reinterpreted indoors as spatial element, encouraging people to gather beneath it.

Just as people naturally come together under an umbrella, this space is designed to support a variety of activities including working, meetings, commutation, collaboration, and exhibition space creating a comfortable and intimate space for interaction, creativity exchange, and community gathering.

ReEdge also collaborated with Cambodian illustrator Monnyreak to create Nature and Heritage Mural that reflects on the practicality and religious belief of Umbrella in tradition and everyday context.

TUBE COFFEE KOH NOREA | Elevated Coffee Culture

Inspired by traditional wooden structure found in the riverside setting of Koh Norea and Kean Svay, Tube Koh Norea features exposed row of steel colonnade (cladding with engineered bamboo) erecting from the ground to support the structural overhang of the insulated zinc roof creating a porch like environment for the outdoor seating and the main entrance into the store. Sharing the same structure Tube Coffee is one of the two F&B establishments aims to take the advantage of views of the Chaktomuk river and the natural surroundings of the coconut park. Thus, the subtle notch to the two different shops is being reflected in the two layers of roof lines and the offsetting of the colonnade structure in front of Tube.

Inside the cafe, a mixture of seating arrangements is planned to suit various type of coffee-lovers. In particularly, the main double height seating space is featured an elevated stadium seatings inspired by wooden benches often seen under shelters of waiting stations for boats or buses. The elevated seating platforms are seamlessly connect to the staircase allowing transitioning and drinking coffee are always facing the large view of the river.

Because art in design is a DNA for TUBE COFFEE, we partnered with SOTHEATHANG.art to design and craft many wall sculptures that are inspired from the flow of the river in forms of waves which become the focal point and the soul of the space at the entrance and exit and most importantly at the main elevated stadium seating area.

From conceptual design to the actual art piece. The River inspired by the Chaktomuk River and crafted from copper abs brass in flowing forms with three layers to reflect the rhythm of water.

Here, art becomes the soul of the space and the overall interior is elevated as well as stay connected to its riverfront surroundings.

From Urban Concrete to Urban Jungle is a design proposal to establish a connection between phase 1, 2 and 3 by mixing residential towers with retails, co-working spaces, pocket parks, vertical parks and recreational areas that distribute horizontally and vertically across the skyscraper.

ReEdge Architecture | EVOLVING FUTURES EXHIBITION

The 2nd INNEXPO was successfully concluded on 23th- 24th of May 2026 at Factory Phnom Penh, bringing together architects, designers, creatives, and industry professionals for two days of exhibitions, discussions, and cultural experiences.

The event featured a wide range of programs including Architecture Exhibitions, Film Screenings, Performances, Exhibition Tours, Creative Pop-ups, Design Dialogues, Workshops, and Innovative Product Displays. Visitors also experienced the Architecture Gallery x Film Exhibition and the Architecture Night dinner gathering, creating opportunities for networking and creative exchange within the design community.

INNEXPO 2026 highlighted the growing energy of Cambodia’s creative and architectural scene while fostering collaboration between local and international participants.

Rokka Residences | Exquisite Villas in the Heart of Siem Reap

Status: Under Construction

Located in the heart of Siem Reap, home of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Angkor Wat temple complex, Rokka Residences is blessed with its natural surroundings of Angkor Golf resort, central parks and pocket parks. From the tropical lushed landscape of the main entrance to the lively Central Park of the secondary entrance, the communal spaces are designed to ensure it is more than just a place to live, but a place to truly belong.

The gated community of exquisite villas consists of three types, Sombok, Reksa and Soben with a commercial Rikreay shophouse facing the roadside.

Currently under construction, model houses and community clubhouse extends its connectivity to residences and their guests; welcoming friends and family alike to come together, exchange lifestyle, and grow.

New architectural photography of Damnak Soriya as tropical plants and landscaping become lushed and surrounding the structure with branches and colors of nature. This holiday home integrates nature with architecture, enforcing and reconnecting people with nature when traveling to Kampot to unwind and to relax.

Damnak Veyo at Amaya Kampot Holiday Homes.

A two/three bedroom platform house inspired by the essence of Time, Mid-century Modern Architecture, Nature, & Wellbeing.

Lifted off the ground, the platform is raised on stilt structure to improve airflow and reducing heat gain. Internal Courtyards and terraces are built into the layout to support outdoor living and as close to nature as possible.
