Just tested Adobe Firefly Image 3, the latest in AI image generation. The speed is impressive—it takes only a few seconds to produce 4 images simultaneously, making the design iteration process much faster than other generators.

For a recent design project, we used Firefly to generate conceptual images by merging Auckland’s natural elements—mangroves and scoria rocks—and the results are incredible. Firefly’s fast processing enables quick visualizations, enhancing creativity and workflow efficiency.

Recently, we returned from an inspiring 2-week journey through Switzerland and Italy, where we explored the architectural gems of Zurich, Lucerne, Milan, Florence, and Rome.

From the well-preserved historical built environments to the carefully integrated modern structures, it was an immersive experience of architectural excellence. The use of durable materials like stone, brick, and concrete has played a significant role in maintaining the integrity of these cities’ rich historical traditions.

It was good to see how these well-preserved environments embody a positive sense of publicness and conservatism, deeply rooted in history and tradition.

We also indulged in the vibrant traditional cuisine and soaked in the stunning natural landscapes that both countries offer.
