Meet the sisters: Solara and Lunara 🌙☀️

​We designed this concept as two sides of the same coin, inspired by the rhythm of light and shadow, and tailored to the unique energy of their site here in Auckland.

​Solara looks toward the horizon, embracing the warmth and expansive views of Rangitoto. Lunara sits in the quiet, reflective calm of the surrounding Lake.
Both are designed to feel less like apartments and more like a natural extension of their surroundings.

This project is a concept design study exploring the potential of the site.

Another project we are looking forward to seeing completed this year.

Kopuru Road, Whenuapai - 33 townhouses for featuring 4 typologies, with a mix of 2 and 3 bed homes, and 1 & 2 carpark options.
Arranged in blocks of five, the homes are defined by strong form and bold materiality.

James Street, 💎

A collection of 10 modern townhouses for offering a mix of two and three bedroom layouts.

A 3 storey duplex fronts the street with a strond contemporary presence. The vertical forms and clean lines give it a sculpted aesthetics, with light cladding and dark accents adding contrast to the geometry by combining brick and plaster finish,
A Juliette balcony off the living and a dedicated outdoor terrace above the third level give the street front homes a nice sense of openness.

🏡 De Vere Crescent, Hamilton.

A development of 10 townhouses for featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a mix of garages and off-street parking.

Planned in a neat row, the homes are defined by crisp gables and a simple palette of brick, timber, fibrecement, and metal.
The solid brick bases provide a sense of grounding, while the timber and metal bring warmth and a contemporary touch that feels right at home in the neighbourhood.

Building Consent underway, we look forward to this one taking shape.

A collection of modern townhouses in Beerescourt, Hamilton, offering 2, 3, and 4 bed options with private parking for

Brick veneer is the main design feature here, as seen in the photos, arranged in a simple and timeless pattern language that sits comfortably in the neighbourhood and will age well for years to come.

Hamilton project #2.

Chartwell will be home to 8 new Townhouses.

The design features raking ceilings in the upper-level bedrooms, a mix of brick and metal cladding, and vertical screens to the street facing units, paired with brushed finish Vulcan timber for added warmth and texture.

Wanaka House, nearly there!

A glimpse of this new holiday home for a private client in Central Otago. Designed with a simple, timeless form and natural materials - timber and schist, it not only meets but enriches the owner's brief.

With landscaping and final touches underway, we're looking forward to seeing Wanaka House fully complete soon.
