Elite Decorating is looking for an experienced Painter/Decorator ready to step up into a leadership role.
This is more than just painting - you’ll be running jobs, leading from the front, and working closely with both our team and project managers to get quality results.

• Running and managing your own jobs
• Working directly with project managers and clients
• Communicating with management
• Leading and supporting other team members
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Delivering high-quality finishes on every job

🔹 What we’re looking for:
• Proven painting/decorating experience
• Strong prep and finishing skills
• Leadership ability and confidence running jobs
• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work
• Good communication and team attitude
• Full driver’s licence
