Really proud to share this latest multi-unit design — a project that’s all about clean lines, smart planning, and creating a great place to live.

The architecture keeps things simple but strong. The mono-pitch roof forms give each unit its own identity, while the light vertical cladding paired with darker window framing adds contrast and depth. The vertical screening elements bring a bit of privacy without compromising the overall look — subtle but effective.

What makes this one work well is the balance. You’ve got a shared driveway layout that feels open and easy to navigate, but each unit still holds its own space. Internal garages, practical layouts, and good indoor-outdoor connection make these homes feel functional and comfortable — not just good-looking.

The landscaping and timber detailing soften everything up nicely too, giving it that lived-in, welcoming feel rather than something overly sharp or sterile.

A solid example of modern multi-unit design that’s efficient, buildable, and still has strong street appeal.

Brady Project Update – Auckland 🏗️

Great to see strong progress on site with our Brady townhouse development now well into the mid-floor construction stage. Timber framing is going up across multiple units, and the structure is really starting to take shape.

This 13-unit development is coming together nicely, with clear definition of spaces and layout emerging as the frames rise. It’s always an exciting phase where the design begins to translate into built form—and this project is no exception.

Big credit to the team on site for the quality workmanship and momentum. Looking forward to seeing the next stages unfold as we push towards completion.
