*When requesting a quote from us, we do require to hear back in 24 hours for confirmation on booking we will presume you no longer require the work. Should you reply at a later date to accept the quote please bare in mind the quote MAY differ in price from original quote pending timeframe and new growth.

Or payment arrangements made by management. All payments are to be provided with screenshots for both clients and our records as a form of contract also.
*All communication is via Facebook for paper trail for both clients and ourselves with screenshots of confirmation on all agreements and payments.
* For rescheduling please advise at least 48hrs notice should you need to reschedule your booking. We will allow Two re-bookings (not including our own due to weather) before job is cancelled with no refund. No refund on any payments made If you cancel the job due to rescheduling due to weather delays or other reasons so please make sure your prepared for delays for the job to be completed or 100% committed to fulfill contract.
* Due to weather we may have to reschedule a new booking. Some notice maybe short and possibly the same day notice. We apologize in advance should this happen.
** No Refund Policy:
We do not give refunds on booking deposits that are cancelled by customer. No Refund will be issued if failure to comply with the reschedule rules. This is to cover loss of possible bookings and work.
