Featuring a dedicated entertainment room, a billiard area perfect for catching intense basketball end games, and a stylish bar with liquor display for special occasions.
One of its most relaxing features is the recessed seating nook — a quiet corner made for reading, reflecting, or simply enjoying the calming mountain view as the sun sets.

Hey Look!!! My Home Renovation Story Diary 😍🥰🫶

A serene blend of Muji and Japandi design—where simplicity meets warmth.

Soft n**e color palettes set a calm, neutral canvas, beautifully complemented by natural wood textures integrated into the cabinetry. Light oak takes the lead, defining both cabinets and flooring with its clean, timeless character.

For the stairs, plank-type tiles were thoughtfully selected—offering an eco-friendly, low-maintenance solution while preserving the look of real wood. The staircase walls are clad in wood-textured melamine boards, adding depth and warmth while visually drawing the eye upward to a subtle accent droplight.

Fluted panel walls paired with modern minimalist wall lamps introduce texture and rhythm, while a custom rattan droplight made by Richmond Chavez in the dining area completes the space with an authentic Muji-inspired touch.

We’re back—and this time, we’re bringing new life into a modern tropical farmhouse room 🌿

Light-toned wood beautifully complements the cool, raw texture of concrete wall finishes, creating a balance of warmth and simplicity. Soft whites paired with light oak accents bring out that relaxed tropical vibe—clean, airy, and timeless.

Large windows open up the space, letting natural light flood in and enhancing that nostalgic “probinsya” feel. It’s like a quiet summer vacation—slow mornings, fresh air, and a comforting sense of home.

A timely site visit is essential to ensure that every project stays on track and aligned with our targets. Today, we checked the progress across our ongoing developments and are proud to share that the substructure phase has been successfully completed.

We are now moving forward with the next stage—preparing formworks and installing scaffoldings to support the beams and columns. Each step brings us closer to turning these structures into fully realized spaces.
