They have an event today ... let's see what they will serve today and tomorrow night;

- Japanese Karaage fried chicken

- Nepali pani puni, served with mint limey dipping sauce (Vegan)

- Thai Larb spring rolls, served with tammarind dipping sauce (Pork & Vegan)

Learn how to make homemade Nepalese Momo, eat your own creations and make new friends.

The event consists of:
- 2 hours equipment-free Momo workshop where you will learn how to marinate, create and fill the Momo dough with three different traditional shapes.
- 3 course sit-down dinner

Thanks again for your responses on the past 2 events; dumplings & noodles and Nepalese. It really means that you miss Asian food a lot. So, I'm back again this week with Noodle with Dark Soup.

To be sure that you will get food, I would reccommend to reserve!

Hi again!

I'm so excited with this event. It's my first time for 'Nepalese food'. Of course, it will be done by Nepalese cooks!!! I'm sure you guys will love their food like I do.

Starting with Pani Puri, it is such a cute and fun snack. You just need to easily fill the stuff which is a mixture of potato, onion, chickpeas, corriandar chutney and add sour and spicy minced flavoured soup into a puffed puri (ball). What a simple fun food!!!

After Pani puri, try Momo soup, Nepaless dumplings is a traditional Nepalsese dish served with sesame and tomato based curry or soup. It's perfect for winter and goes so well with good beer. Can't wait to see you try them.

To be sure that you will get food, I would reccommend to reserve!

porto will participate in the 2nd anniversary of Fisga] that will be held this Saturday, in Rua Bonjardim 1160.

They will cook one of the most known Indonesian street foods - MIE GORENG, price will be 6€ and will be available in vegetarian version as well.

The event will be started from 16H till 23H, the foods will be served from 19H to 22H.

Sunny Sunday and Japanese breakfast .. what a perfect combination!! 😎

This event really reminded me the trip to Japan. All dishes went well together. My favorite ones are Hokkaido pumpkin in Dashi soup stock and simmered Sardines with pickled plum. I also had the 'Mugicha', toasted barley infusion tea!! Wowww ☺ It was really a great meal!

Over 10 years back, I visited my friends in Korea. One of the great experiences I remember is about food! .. This dish came in the big skillet. The cool thing is that .. it was cooked in front of me!! .. It's called "Dakgalbi". 🥘

Dakgalbi (닭갈비) or spicy stir-fried chicken is a popular choice for a small group of people to hang out together. When you order dak galbi, some restaurants will bring out a large skillet with ingredients, side dishes and aprons!! It always stimulates conversation and a good time together. 🍻

The main ingredients you will get; chopped chicken which is marinated in a mix of Gochujang based sauce, tteok (rice cake), sweet potatoes, scallions, lettuces and perilla leaves.

When you’re almost finished, you can ask for some stir-fried rice. He’ll bring out some rice, mix it with the leavings in the skillet, and quickly fry up some stir-fried rice. He might divide the rice into portions and serve it to everyone at the table, or he might just leave it in the pan and let everyone dig in. For me, this is the favorite part!
