Customer came in with the intention of replacing condenser & evaporator which was recommended by a well known AC shop from central.

First we did system check and notice restrictions of air flow through the Ac vents, move forward to check the cabin filter and notice bad filter🤣

Replace cabin filter

Service the Ac condenser

And customer notice big change in cooling before leaving the shop and very satisfied.

System was low on gas.

Pressure test system for leaks & found that the evaporator was the issuse.

Proceed to removal of the complete dashboard, supply and install new evaporator with expansion valve & new Ac filters

NEW Seals throughout the system

Vaccum & regas system.

Customer brought in old school project that he's doing but wanted to Have his Ac system up an running on his Nissan Datsun 720 pickup.

We started of making new Ac lines and crimp fittings

Installed new dryer bottle.

Flush Ac condenser & also attach universal fan to the front of the condenser

Repair sr20 Ac compressor with new bearings & clutch assembly.

New expansion valve and service evaporator

Customer were highly recommend to come to us to get his ac system repaired. He was quoted over 17k to repair his Ac system by previous well known Ac shop😳😳😳😳🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩.

We did full system check and came across following issues.

❌Compressor coil burn
❌ Ac condenser dryer bag burst in condenser

❄ We flush Ac condenser and replace dryer bag which save the customer. He was advice that he will needed to change it
❄Drain compressor oil and put In fresh oil and replace clutch coil assembly
❄pressure test system
❄ New seals & cabin filter
❄Vaccum & Regas system
