ห้องชุดเดิมบนคอนโดเดิมขนาดกว่า 150 ตร.ม. ใจกลางเมือง รูปแบบห้องเดิมเป็น 2 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ำ ระดับฝ้าค่อนข้างต่ำ จึงไม่เหมาะกับไลฟ์สไตล์ของเจ้าของใหม่
ทางเรา PH/AD ได้รับโจทย์ให้ชุบชีวิตห้องดังกล่าวให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของเจ้าของ โดยการปรับโซนใหม่ทั้งหมด ให้โซนนั่งเล่นและพื้นที่รับประทานอาหารเป็นพื้นที่ต่อเนื่อง รองรับแขกที่มาแฮงก์เอาต์อยู่เป็นประจำด้วยมินิบาร์ พร้อมขยายพื้นที่ครัวซึ่งเป็นงานอดิเรกของเจ้าของห้อง ให้สามารถมองเห็นวิวเมืองและเชื่อมต่อกับพื้นที่ทานข้าวเพื่อตอบโจทย์กิจกรรมได้อย่างสะดวก นอกจากนี้ยังซ่อนส่วนของห้องนอนเพื่อเพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัวสำหรับการพักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่ พร้อมนำเสนอรูปแบบการตกแต่งแบบผสมผสานความดิบของอาคารเดิมและความเนี้ยบของวัสดุใหม่ได้อย่างลงตัวมากที่สุด
An original 150+ sq.m. condominium unit located in the heart of the city previously featured a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with relatively low ceilings—making it unsuitable for the new owner's lifestyle.
PH/AD was tasked with breathing new life into this space to perfectly align with the owner's needs. The entire layout was redesigned to create a seamless connection between the living area and dining space, perfect for hosting frequent gatherings with a built-in mini bar. The kitchen—a place for the owner’s favorite hobby—was expanded to offer city views and connect fluidly with the dining area for a complete functional flow. Meanwhile, the bedroom area was cleverly concealed to ensure absolute privacy for relaxation.
For the interior style, we presented a balanced concept that seamlessly blends the raw character of the original structure with the sleek refinement of modern materials.
