บริษัท สถาปนิก 49 จำกัด (A49) โดย คุณนิธิศ สถาปิตานนท์ Deputy Managing Director ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อร่วมร่างแนวทางเชิงนโยบายในการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรระดับอุดมศึกษา เพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ “อาชีพสร้างสรรค์” ในอนาคต ในงาน สนทนากลุ่มเชิงปฏิบัติการระดับชาติ (National Participatory Design Focus Group) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Co-Designing the Future Creative Workforce”
ภายใต้กลุ่มย่อย The Grand Vision: ทลายกำแพงอุตสาหกรรม (Breaking the Silos) ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 13 มีนาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรม TK. Palace กรุงเทพฯ โดยกิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นโดย กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม(อว.) ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ซึ่งได้เชิญผู้แทนจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ในฐานะผู้นำเป้าหมายสำคัญของอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ไทย เพื่อร่วมกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ระดับชาติผ่านกระบวนการ Focus Group
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีผู้เข้าร่วมจากหลากหลายภาคส่วน ทั้งภาครัฐ สถาบันการศึกษา และภาควิชาชีพสร้างสรรค์ โดยประกอบด้วยผู้แทนจากสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวง อว. คณะวิจัยจากคณะมัณฑนศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร รวมถึงผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากมหาวิทยาลัยและหน่วยงานด้านศิลปะและการออกแบบ อาทิ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ สถาบันการจัดการปัญญาภิวัฒน์ สถาบันดนตรีกัลยาณิวัฒนา และสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง ตลอดจนผู้แทนจากภาคการออกแบบ งานฝีมือ ทัศนศิลป์ แฟชั่น และการโฆษณา
ในส่วนของภาควิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรม มีผู้เข้าร่วม ได้แก่ คุณนิธิศ สถาปิตานนท์ Deputy Managing Director บริษัท สถาปนิก 49 จำกัด, คุณพิบูลย์ อมรจิรพร Design Director และสถาปนิกผู้ก่อตั้ง Plural Designs และ คุณวรพงศ์ มนูพิพัฒน์พงศ์ Design Director & Co-Founder Atelier 2+ ขณะเดียวกัน ในภาคการสื่อสาร คุณวุฒิกร สุทธิอาภา Senior Public Relations Officer บริษัท สถาปนิก 49 จำกัด (A49) ได้เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองในกลุ่มการโฆษณา
การเข้าร่วมของ A49 ในครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทขององค์กรในฐานะตัวแทนภาควิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรมและการสื่อสารสร้างสรรค์ ที่ร่วมขับเคลื่อนแนวคิดและทิศทางการพัฒนากำลังคนสร้างสรรค์ของประเทศ ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และมุมมองเชิงนโยบายร่วมกับภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ
Architects 49 Limited (A49), represented by Mr. Nitis Sthapitanonda, Deputy Managing Director, participated in a national workshop aimed at formulating policy directions for improving higher education curricula to better respond to the evolving landscape of future creative professions.
The session was part of the National Participatory Design Focus Group, under the theme “Co-Designing the Future Creative Workforce”, within the sub-group “The Grand Vision: Breaking the Silos.”
The event was held on 13 March 2026 at TK. Palace Hotel, Bangkok.
This initiative was organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Thailand (MHESI) in collaboration with Silpakorn University, bringing together representatives from various sectors as key contributors to shaping the future of Thailand’s creative workforce.
The focus group gathered participants from across the public sector, academic institutions, and creative industries, including representatives from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, MHESI, researchers from the Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University, as well as distinguished experts from institutions such as Silpakorn University, Bangkok University, Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music, and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL).
Participants also represented a wide range of creative fields, including design, crafts, visual arts, fashion, and advertising.
From the architectural profession, participants included Mr. Nitis Sthapitanonda, Deputy Managing Director, Architects 49 Limited (A49); Mr. Piboon Amornjiraporn, Design Director and Founder of Plural Designs; and Mr. Worapong Manupipatpong, Design Director & Co-Founder of Atelier 2+.
In the field of communications, Mr. Wuthikorn Suthiapa, Senior Public Relations Officer, Architects 49 Limited (A49), also contributed insights within the advertising group.
A49’s participation reflects its role as a representative of both the architectural profession and the creative communications sector, actively contributing to the development of national strategies for strengthening Thailand’s creative workforce through knowledge exchange and policy dialogue.
