หรู้จัก **“IDIOT Syndrome”** ไหม?
IDIOT ย่อมาจาก **Internet Derived Information Obstructing Treatment**
คือภาวะที่ข้อมูลจากอินเทอร์เน็ตเข้ามารบกวนการรักษา เช่น อ่านข้อมูลออนไลน์แล้ววินิจฉัยตัวเอง หยุดยา เปลี่ยนยา หรือปฏิเสธคำแนะนำของแพทย์โดยไม่ได้ปรึกษาผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
ประเด็นสำคัญไม่ใช่ **“ห้ามค้น Google”** แต่คือ **ต้องรู้ว่าข้อมูลที่ค้นเจอ ไม่ได้เท่ากับการวินิจฉัย**
**Search → Check → Discuss → Decide**
ค้นหาได้ ตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มา แล้วคุยกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญก่อนตัดสินใจ
เพราะในยุคที่ข้อมูลหาได้ง่าย
**ทักษะสำคัญอาจไม่ใช่การหาข้อมูล แต่คือการรู้ว่าข้อมูลไหนควรเชื่อ**
