Zachary Sammartino is an Assistant Project Manager at KMA Design Studio and is celebrating 10 years with the firm. A Registered Architect and graduate of Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Zach has spent his entire professional career with KMA, developing extensive expertise in senior living project documentation. In his role, he supports project teams through the development and coordination of construction documents, helping to bring complex projects from concept to reality. One of Zach’s favorite projects is Acts Spring House, Cherry Springs. This renovation of the Cherry Springs memory care neighborhood at Spring House Estates enhanced the resident rooms, resident toilet rooms, corridors, lounge, activity room, spa, staff breakroom, and ancillary spaces with updated finishes and thoughtful design improvements. Zach particularly enjoys the design development phase, where collaboration and problem-solving come together to transform early ideas into functional, thoughtfully designed solutions. Over the past decade, Zach’s dedication, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality have made him a valued member of the KMA team.
