Florico Foliage is headquartered in the heart of “The Foliage Capital of the World,” Apopka, FL. We were founded in 1986 when our founder purchased a nursery west of Apopka on Hogshead Rd. We soon grew to three locations and eventually settled down to where we are today on Keene Road.

We grow over 50 plant varieties and trade in over 1,000 others as plant brokers for our partner growers. We ship to all points of the United States, Canada, the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Florico is looking for a dependable, friendly person to join our office team as a Receptionist / Office Assistant.

No experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.

This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable speaking with customers, able to use a computer, and interested in learning how our nursery and greenhouse business operates.

Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls

Take accurate customer messages and information

Assist customers with basic questions

Help with email and general office communication

Support the sales and office staff

Enter and update information in company systems

Greet visitors and customers

Perform general administrative duties

Learn basic information about our plants and products

What We Are Looking For
Dependable and punctual

Friendly and professional on the phone

Comfortable using computers and email

Good communication skills

Organized and able to follow instructions

Willing to learn

Able to work well with customers and coworkers

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8-5PM

Experience
Experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
