Client wanted to save as much as possible so we did just that left the old tub valve for her just had to cap the diverter valve water line. Another way we helped to save on cost we didn’t repair drywall; instead we did a picture frame board with lp/occ trim and made it all look pretty can be removed and refinished once finances allow it or stay like this for years to come! I don’t like retro fitting much anymore but it keeps you humble wrestling w tub into that opening especially this hefty fiber glass tub set and leveled in a 3/4” trowel of thinset for a rock solid finished product! Goo way to start the week!

My first two weeks of August were fun filled juggling many tasks but here’s one job I completed and you could say it’s a major upgrade for these guys! Brought this bathroom down the the studs there was over 4 inches of subfloor to remove and replace; just madness I tell you!
