Even though we aren't completely finished here, I got as far as I could using leftover materials from the first-floor remodel. I’m taking a short vacation now, but I always make it a priority to leave my job sites nice and clean! 🛠️
Not a single one of these doors was easy—every last one had to be disassembled and cut down to fit under the basement beams and low ceilings. Even the trim threw some curveballs, but a little painters caulk and touch-up paint will make it all look beautiful.
Looking forward to jumping back into this project when I return. Until then... Go Brewers! ⚾️💙

Tried out a new product yesterday, and today the flooring is officially down! Installed it over DMX underlayment to keep things warm and mold-free. 🛠️ This seamless install turned out absolutely stunning! Tomorrow's agenda: doors, door trim, and baseboards to wrap it all up.

We really transformed this bathroom! 🪚✨
Originally, I was only called in to install a shower pan and prep the room for tile. But after giving the homeowner a price to take care of the tiling too, he shook my hand immediately and said, "Get 'er done!"
Sadly, the homeowner wants to handle the final finishing touches himself to save on costs—and I completely respect that! But I had to snap a quick photo today after getting everything tidied up. We got a lot done:
• 🎨 Two fresh top coats of Dover White paint
*💡 Vanity light installation
*🚰 Vanity installation with new valves, supply lines, and faucet
We wrapped up by reinstalling their old toilet. I only had a 16” supply line in the van today, so we will button that up first thing in the morning with a 12” line!

Such a lovely family to work with, and they now have an even lovelier home!

Wrapped up this phase of the home exterior project with a brand-new front door and storm door! 🚪✨
We’ve now replaced all the windows and doors throughout this entire home (keeping just the original back entry set).
What’s next on the list?
🔨 Front and back porch build-outs (the front porch is getting a roof!)
🌧️ Then Brand-new gutters for the entire house
Stay tuned for the next transformation!

1 months exterior transformation! Roofing, siding and a good landscape cleaning up! Working with a couple exterior crews to help meet the tremendous demand for work needed to be done in the valley! Stay tuned for more! And let’s try and squeeze you in before snow flys! 🙂 Next job involving roof siding windows soffit facia back porch and front covered porch coming soon stay tuned should be done by Halloween! 🎃

🚪 Made an exterior door from 32” to 36” for ADA purposes. Sidings now redone. ✅ stay tuned for the 24’ cement ramp and handrail! 💪

Was doing about the same thing last year at this time!:) (not a crack in the base on the right it’s a drip of hydrobloc sealant lol 🙈)

Swapped a ADA jacuzzi last monday for a new tub/ surround, shower valve and trim kit! Drywall patching completed by Friday it’s all painted and toilet and vanity all reseated only temporarily tell flooring guys can come and lay some LVP throughout the first floor!💪
