I had two meetings this week for new custom homes, and both said they were hesitant to give us a call, because they thought their house was too small for us. Couldn't be further from the truth. While I was flattered that they thought the work we do is nothing but large custom homes, I thought to myself I need to share more of everything we do, no matter the size. I don't think the work we do is over the top compared to other colleagues of ours, so we felt pretty good about the compliment. Here is a 1500 square foot three bedroom 2 bath home we designed for a new development in St. Charles. In this development we've designed 6 home models each with a minimum of three elevation options. We do this with a lot of local builders.
