Every now and then we get asked to design something pretty unique. This is an A-Frame cabin that we designed to be an Airbnb on a lake front. Unfortunately this one never came to fruition, but obviously we still have the plans for this one and ready to go for the next one. This particular home was just one bed and one bath, compact space with an amazing view from every single room in the house.

I was driving to a new project the other day, and I passed this house we designed back in 2021 in the Sunset Hills area. This home is right at 3,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with large open areas for entertaining with a loft space on the second level as a kids hang out. The topography for this lot allowed for a garage below the garage for additional storage space. I must say, this house turned out absolutely beautiful! (I added the car just for fun. ha). This home was built by Hibbs Homes.
