Randy has spent decades working on homes— building, remodeling, repairing, troubleshooting, and figuring out what previous generations of builders left behind.
One of the biggest lessons?
Remodeling is rarely just about what you can see.
Once walls, floors, and ceilings start coming apart, you have to understand how the house was originally built, recognize what doesn’t look right, and know how one change can affect everything around it.
That kind of judgment doesn’t come from a checklist. It comes from years of seeing different houses, different problems, and different ways of solving them.
