Look how much demo they got done today. That was about 1500 ft.² of tile and wood. That floor is baby butt smooth, and we haven’t even done floor prep yet.
It was about 1200 ft.² of tile plus some of the wood.
It’s all ready for our Contractor to come in and start the remodel. New floors will go in at the end of the summer.

Good old-fashioned elbow grease. Better than a chipping hammer, it does less damage to the slab.

Beautiful engineered hardwood that can handle their 80 pound dog.

Kentwood Bohemia color Spurlock. Engineered hardwood.. I love the way this floor plays against their existing countertops and cabinets. Plus it can handle their 80 pound dog..

This floor retails for around $16.00 a sq foot. Turn key including tax. This includes tile tear out, floor prep, install, trim.

This is a quality floor that can perform for many years. This could be a lifetime floor. That says a lot with the quality of materials these days.
