If you want your lawn ready to seed in September, your window to fix the pH is right now. John Vinson, The Mill's Turf Agronomist, explains the critical difference between Solu Cal and regular lime — Solu Cal works in six to eight weeks, regular lime takes six to eight months. If September seeding is the goal, regular lime will not get you there in time. Save this and share it with anyone planning to overseed this fall.
