What a difference new windows makes! Not only for heating and cooling savings, these windows have a tint applied to help regulate uv rays. The custom grid on the upper sash matches the original windows adding to the beautiful character in this 1920's home.

We worked with a local builder to supply the materials and assist the homeowner in cabinet, countertop, flooring and paint choices. Homecrest Cabinets in the kitchen and baths. Counter tops of Quartzite kitchen, Americast bath, and formica in the garage. Homecrest Cascade Flooring in the majority of the home, AG Carpeting in the bedrooms, and ceramic tile in the master bath. The builder has an amazing tile contractor that picked out and installed the ceramic tile backsplash, MB floor and shower. Everything flows so well in this abode.

These homeowners worked with their designer to create their vision for this historical home. From the hand nailed tin ceiling to the black and white ceramic tile. The built in hutch was the inspiration for the new cabinets (Omega Dynasty Benson full inlay color Lace). A black and white theme was cemented with the Vicostone Nero polished countertop, and pencil line in the white subway backsplash. Matching the pulls, using a vintage milk glass light and the addition of light in the transom cabinets really add to the character of this heart of this home.
