In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we had the pleasure of hosting a virtual Lunch & Learn with our talented partners at ZVA Interiores, an architectural and interior design firm in Puebla, Mexico.

Through partnerships like this, we gain valuable global perspectives by sharing experiences, learning from one another, and exploring how design responds to different locations, project types, cultural influences, and safety requirements. Hearing how firms like ZVA adapt emerging trends to local realities broadens our understanding and strengthens the way we approach design.

We’re grateful to the ZVA Interiores team for sharing their work, insights, and expertise with us. Here’s to continued collaboration and learning from one another across borders!

We’re proud to support Camp buildHER and their mission to inspire the next generation of women in the AEC industry.

From hands-on experiences to opportunities to connect with women working across architecture, engineering, construction, and related fields, buildHER gives students a chance to see what’s possible and imagine themselves in the industry.

Thank you to the buildHER team, volunteers, committee members, and fellow industry partners who make these experiences possible—and to everyone who shared their time, talent, materials, and support to help make camp free for students.

We’re grateful to be part of it! 💜

From a conventional office building to a vibrant destination for work, connection, and community.

The T-Mobile Dallas Business Care Center transforms a traditional tilt-up office into a dynamic workplace inspired by the distinct character of both Dallas and Fort Worth. At its heart, a central amenity hub featuring a café, employee store, game room, and theater creates opportunities for employees to gather and recharge, while illuminated portals create a memorable transition into the work and training environments.

New exterior entry elements establish a welcoming front door for T-Mobile's new home, connecting the workplace to its site and creating a memorable sense of arrival. The outdoor experience continues with dining areas, BBQ spaces, lounges, and a multi-use sport court—creating opportunities for employees to connect, recharge, and build community throughout the day.

Relocating from its longtime headquarters on Denny Way, The Seattle Times established a new workplace at Alley24 in South Lake Union. JPC Architects designed the new office to honor the character and history of the newspaper while creating a modern, efficient environment that thoughtfully reuses the existing architecture and incorporates key branding elements.

The design balances a sense of familiarity with a fresh perspective, incorporating elements that reflect The Seattle Times’ longstanding presence in Seattle while supporting the organization’s evolving workplace needs. Thoughtful planning and carefully considered adjacencies create a cohesive environment for a variety of departments, work styles, and levels of collaboration.

The result is a contemporary workplace rooted in the identity of The Seattle Times—preserving a sense of its history while creating a welcoming and adaptable setting for its next chapter. 📰

A workplace designed to be experienced, not just worked in. 💚

Axis9 reimagines the downtown Seattle office as an immersive destination for connection, restoration, and discovery - blending hospitality, wellness, and a distinctly Emerald City-inspired palette.

Axis9 is up for CREDA Washington State (formerly NAIOP Washington State) Night of the Star's People’s Choice, and we’d love your vote!

Inspired by balance and alignment, Redmond Eye Clinic blends crisp architectural forms with warm natural textures to create a sophisticated yet inviting experience. Clean lines, pale wood, soft textures, and deep blue accents establish visual continuity while adding contrast and definition throughout the space. Integrated lighting and a thoughtful material palette balance the precision of the clinical environment with a sense of comfort, clarity, and wellness.
