Regrettably, we were compelled to intervene to rectify the situation. Over the past 48 hours, we have had to eliminate approximately 95% of the existing work and reconfigure the system correctly, while attempting to salvage usable materials, all on top of the $8,000 worth of materials we had to purchase. The purpose of this post is to emphasize the importance of hiring a company with the requisite certifications and licenses to perform the work. Although it may seem costly upfront, it is far more economical than hiring a separate company to rectify the issues. This situation illustrates the risks of trusting unqualified individuals who claim to know what they are doing. High-efficiency boilers require precise installation, and when installing multiple units with a domestic storage tank, the setup demands even greater sophistication to function efficiently. Unfortunately, I encountered a completely different setup, with the boilers piped in series as if they were traditional boilers - not even close. I had mistakenly provided (left during the estimate) detailed instructions, which were apparently ignored, and the documentation I left at the site was still there when I arrived to correct the work.

The CLH TEAM expertly executed this outdated tub-to-shower conversion. To make it code compliant They removed the 1.5” tub drain and upgraded it with a 2” drain all the wat to the 4”. Of course we vented it through the roof!!!
