Not every roof problem is a shingle. On this Tulsa-area inspection we found rotted wood siding at the base of a chimney chase, right where the siding meets the roof.

✅ ANSWER: Gutters this full can't drain, so the water spills over the back edge and soaks the fascia board behind it. Wet fascia rots, and the water can work its way into the walls and down to the foundation. Clean them out before the rest of the leaves fall.
