🏡 Trust the process.

This project started with a homeowner who was ready to replace their aging wood fence with a beautiful new white vinyl privacy fence and gate. The goal was simple: create a clean, private backyard the family could enjoy for years to come.

The transformation made such an impact that the neighbor decided they wanted their side done too, creating one seamless, refreshed look between both properties.
There’s nothing better than seeing a project come together and knowing it inspired the neighbors as well.

🏡 This project was all about creating the right solution for the homeowner.
Since there was no existing fence, we started from the ground up as part of their backyard remodel.
To meet their needs, we installed a white vinyl fence along the retaining wall, an 8’ wide double gate with enough clearance for a vehicle, and a black aluminum fence along the front edge of the property to preserve their beautiful golf course view.
Once the backyard renovation is complete, we’ll be back to finish the final phase of the project.

Built from the ground up 💪

We worked closely with the homeowner to come up with a creative solution that provided the privacy they wanted while staying within those guidelines. Additionally, we were able to repurpose the existing 3-rail vinyl fence helping to maximize materials and keep costs down.
