💦 Rain chains or downspouts...?

I like downspouts but I can really see the allure of rain chains, everyone who has them says they are mesmerizing to watch during a storm. Especially with a nice big front porch.

Island outlets can be tricky with the code that says the island outlets need to be mounted on the countertop. There are a few workarounds...

Option for island outlets:
1- Blank Outlet
2 - In-Drawer outlet
3 – Raised Bar
4 – Pop-up

What’s your kitchen island pick..? I’m going with the blank outlet because Kippy refuses a countertop outlet. Happy wife, happy life 👍

Ask for conduit from the outside internet box to your attic
Or even better... the structured media enclosure (Low Voltage Box)

If those wires ever have to be replaced with a new and improved one, you’ll have an easy route. No fishing behind walls or running along the soffit.

👍 See what I’m talking about at KillarneyMetals.com I found these open front trench drain pans by Killarney Metals and was shocked I’ve never seen them before. It’s so obvious how much we needed these. The old pans require you to lift the appliance up and over the lip of standard drain pans.
