It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the passing of our good friend and lifelong Cityscaper, Byron.

We were blessed to have nearly 18 years with Byron at Cityscapes. He showed up every day with a smile, a kind word, and a positive attitude that was truly contagious. And if you’ve ever admired how clean and cared-for your plants looked when they arrived on your site, you have Byron to thank for that!

Byron was so much more than an employee. He was part of our Cityscapes family, and he always will be. We will remember him for his enormous heart, his kindness, his infectious spirit, and, of course, his groovy dance moves.

The impact Byron made on Cityscapes will live on. His stories, his spirit, and the memories we made with him will be shared with new Cityscapers for generations to come.

We couldn’t be more grateful that we had the privilege of knowing Byron, working alongside him, and calling him family.

Rest in the sweetest peace, Mr. B. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered. 🤍

Thoughtful plantscaping integrates without being intrusive. Our exterior living walls and hanging basket gardens are placed to complement Legal Harborside’s design, adding life and beauty without interrupting the flow of service and movement.

These outdoor living walls are still one of our favorite installations almost a decade later. Between 2,000 and 2,500 live plants are incorporated in this design, something we maintain on a weekly basis.

Come back in a few months, and you’ll find our colorful coleus and ferns swapped out with cold-hardy junipers. Open to the public through all the seasons, these walls are truly a work to be enjoyed.

We recently hosted the WELL community in our biophilic showroom to discuss workplace wellness and the power of plants.

Julia Nadeau with OneDigital spoke about burnout, and how to build culture in a digital world.
Julie Lenahan with CuedUp Fitness by Julie led an interactive wellness session with personalized movement for the work day.
Our very own Chloe Dubois spoke on our innate human connection to nature and the benefits of plants in the spaces we work.

We loved sharing our space and had an incredible time connecting with everyone!
